Welcome to teamCobuild ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, services, and experimental software (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using any of our MVPs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services. We are a pre-launch startup, and many of our tools are in active development. Use them at your own discretion.

2The 'Lab' Nature of Services

You acknowledge that our Services are provided for testing and feedback purposes. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or that data stored within them will be preserved indefinitely.

3Intellectual Property

Our Content: The CoBuild name, logo, visual design, and underlying code (unless marked as Open Source) are the intellectual property of Team CoBuild.

Open Source: We love Open Source. Projects hosted on our GitHub that carry an MIT or Apache license are subject to those specific licenses, not these general terms regarding proprietary content.

4User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of Nigerian laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our proprietary infrastructure.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person via our community channels.

5Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Team CoBuild shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of our Services.

6Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Abia State, Nigeria.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
